Region Manager Pro provides full management over states and regions. It allows handling a list of states/regions displayed in the dropdown to your customers.
Easy to use the console in Magento 2 Admin Panel enables to select states or regions to exclude from display to customers or add new for any country.
It’s a common issue for Magento stores’ customers to face the list of states (regions for non-US) displayed during checkout, registration and estimating shipping processes. You can avoid this if you disabled regions in Region Manager PRO administrative panel.
By default in Magento most countries does not contain state/regions. Region Manager PRO permit to create state/regions for any country.
Region Manager PRO saves shipping costs. You can create different shipping and billing rules for states/regions. Commonly US Magento stores exclude Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Regions, Federated States Of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands from shipping map. Depends on weight but costs for transportation can be really high. So you’d better block sales in this regionals and lose potential purchases and customers. But what if they were going to deliver purchased on your web store goods in other areas? Or are ready to pay for shipping? So you definitely need to allow billing from this regions but you may make unevaluable shipping or create different shipping price rules for this areas. With Region Manager Pro you can handle these.
From the version 2.1.9 extension was empowered with a new feature that allows admin users to set up different shipping and billing rules for a particular country. For instance, a customer from New York with a Mexican billing address (he is a cardholder of Mexican bank) is trying to order a product in US web store that delivers items only on US territory. By default in Magento you can disable country for shipping products but it automatically disables billing addresses for that country. Thus he couldn't purchase even if he locally is on the enabled territory.
But now Region Manager PRO allows creating different shipping and billing rules not only for regions but for whole countries.

We use the eltrino print guest information module to allow our staff admin to print out orders after they submit them. This functionality is not provided by Magento natively. This module makes life much easier for our staff since they can place multiple orders for clients and print directly without having to login to the site. The module works exactly as advertised.
